Services are currently provided on a private pay basis and are not billed directly to insurance. This model allows for greater flexibility and individualized services that can be tailored to each family’s needs rather than restricted by insurance authorization requirements.

Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, documentation and invoices can be provided for families.

For some families, some services may qualify for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Please reach out if you want assistance with confirming eligibility with your plan administrator.

Rates will be discussed during the consultation call to ensure the service is the right fit for your family.
