Hello! I'm Kaylee.
I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Oregon, with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico. Since 2015, I've supported children and their families in both home and clinic settings across California and Oregon.
My background in Applied Behavior Analysis has given me a strong understanding of how children learn, what influences behavior, and how thoughtful, individualized strategies can create meaningful change over time. I love helping parents apply those principles in ways that feel manageable within their family's everyday life.
I take a neuro-affirming, compassionate, and collaborative approach to supporting families. My work is centered on helping parents better understand why behaviors are happening and develop practical strategies they can confidently use in their daily routines and interactions with their child.
Since having a family of my own, my role as a mother has deepened my empathy for the daily realities families navigate and strengthened my commitment to providing support that feels sustainable and aligned with each family's values. It has also deepened my appreciation for the science of behavior and how powerful small, intentional changes can be in shaping everyday family life.
When I'm not working, you can usually find me outdoors with my husband and two young daughters, visiting local coffee shops, spending time with friends and family, gardening, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.
