about me

Hello! I’m Kaylee.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Oregon, with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico. Since 2015, I’ve supported children, teens, and adults on the autism spectrum in both home and clinic settings across California and Oregon.

Over the years, I’ve worked with families navigating everything from early skill development to complex, severe challenging behavior. I take a neuroaffirming, relationship-centered approach to behavior support rooted in trust and respect. My work is not about compliance or rigid programs — it’s about understanding why behaviors are happening and building practical strategies that families can confidently implement.

Since having a family of my own, my role as a mother has deepened my empathy for the daily realities families navigate and strengthened my commitment to providing support that feels sustainable, manageable, and aligned with each family’s values. It has also deepened my appreciation for the science of behavior and how powerful small, intentional changes can be in shaping everyday family life.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two toddlers, visiting my favorite coffee shops, thrifting, baking, cooking, and tending to our yard as a novice gardener.
