Hello! I'm Kaylee.
I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. Over the years, I've worked with children and families with a wide range of needs, from early skill development to complex behavioral challenges.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico, I began providing early intervention services to children with autism. Through this work, I became increasingly interested in understanding behavior and how I could use that knowledge to better support the families I worked with. That interest ultimately led me to pursue a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis.
While completing my Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Oregon Institute of Technology, I worked as a behavior interventionist providing ABA services in both clinic and home settings. I supported children in developing communication, play, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
In 2021, I became a BCBA and stepped into the role of Clinical Program Manager at a severe behavior clinic. I worked with children and adults with complex behavioral needs, conducted behavioral assessments, and developed and oversaw individualized treatment plans. I also collaborated with families and other professionals, and provided clinical guidance and supervision to staff.
After having my first daughter, I stepped away from clinical work and became a stay-at-home mom. Our family later moved to Central Oregon, where we welcomed our second daughter. When my youngest turned one, I felt ready to return to the work I loved, but I wanted to do it differently this time. I started Evergreen to create a small, relationship centered practice where I could remain closely involved in each family's care and provide the thoughtful, high quality behavior services I believe families deserve.
